Elvett — Happy to be Happy

Happy to be Happy is an anthem to living with less. An ode to pure and simple joy. A shield against the growing pressure of success, power, money, and keeping up appearances. Being happy to dance, to sing, to love one another. Being happy to be happy and wanting nothing more.

Still guided by Lyn m’s singular voice and Alain Frey’s luminous productions, this second track speaks of freedom and of breaking free from everything unnecessary. It bursts to life through the exceptional presence of a classical brass quintet, which takes hold of this contemporary soul repertoire with both intensity and elegance.
