A Guitar sound like a mountain massif: that's Solong alias Klara Germanier. Raw and delicate, pure and genuine. As an electric guitarist, the Swiss singer-/ songwriter knows all about the diversity of her instrument: she buzzes and solos, she scratches and slides. Her voice is crystal clear and at the same time velvety rough. Blake Mills, Patti Smith, and  PJ Harvey influence Solong's sound, as do Jack White, Cat Power, and King Hannah. Behind the instrument, is a poetry and football enthusiast, a rebel with a wink, and probably the biggest Teddy Teclebrhan fan in the world. In addition to her solo work, Solong plays her steel strings and vocals for Bands such as Evelinn Trouble or Klepka, climbing the guitar summit while jogging. So long!
