Elio Ricca — Darling

Just a few months after their newest album, Elio Ricca are back at it with their new single "Darling".

Sweet retro synths tickle your ears from left and right. You’re falling backwards into the unknown, zero gravity. Suddenly you find yourself underwater but you‘re still able to breathe. A steady drum beat takes you by the hand and lets you flow along with glitter-shelled turtles. "If you can‘t love yourself, how are you ever gonna love somebody else?" A rush of bubbles rises up and you‘re already off to the chorus. 

"Darling" is a self-love tune full of little surprises. An apology to your own body for not treating it nicely. But it has a positive, uplifting vibe. A chill indie song, best served on cozy bad weather days and hangover sundays together with a cup of orange juice, to help you through the blue.
