Panda Lux — Willkommen im Wahnsinn

With “Willkommen im Wahnsinn" ("Welcome to Madness") Panda Lux releases a melancholic indie ballad about escaping from oneself and searching for a way back. Set against a backdrop of love and the constant urge to be somewhere else, the song tells of the realization that external temptations are often just ways to escape from oneself. Piano, cello, guitar, and drums carry Silvan’s voice through an arrangement that builds to a crescendo. “Willkommen im Wahnsinn” was produced and recorded live at Black-Box Studios in France, in the middle of the countryside.

“Willkommen im Wahnsinn” is an honest look at one’s own patterns, at the attempt to please others and oneself—and at the desire to eventually find peace with oneself.
